Stephen Brown Architects (SBA) is currently in the midst of designing an extensive facade renovation and addition of an elevator platform lift for ADA access to an existing two-story building in West Chester, Ohio. Construction is alated to begin in spring/summer of 2020.

An extensive patio, swimming pool and detached two-car garage designed by Stephen Brown Architects (SBA) is currently under construction in Cincinnati, Ohio. This video shows preliminary design studies prior to including the garage in the design scheme.

Stephen Brown Architects (SBA) is currently in the midst of designing an extensive renovation of a three-story building in the historic Prospect Hill district of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Stephen Brown Architects (SBA) collaboration with GFF Architects on a new 20,000+ SF YMCA in Joshua, Texas is complete!

+ Collaboration

Stephen Brown Architects (SBA) is currently collaborating with GFF Architects in Dallas, Texas on a new 20,000+ SF daycare/preschool building. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with a second facility scheduled to start construction in early 2013.

+ BIM (Building Information Modeling)

SBA is currently in the process of implementing the evolving technology of BIM into our workflow. We're using Revit to enhance our general design capabilities, improve technical coordination with consultants and contractors, and to have the ability to integrate powerful sustainable design tools.

+ Nearing Completion

The 15,000 SF building addition to the FN Sheppard & Company manufacturing facility is nearing completion. SBA and Roenker Engineering, Inc. worked with Furlong Building Enterprises, to deliver this much anticipated expansion of operations to this family owned Northern Kentucky business.
